Using TVGuideUK

You may use TVGuideUK for personal access to UK television listings, programme discovery, watchlists, reminders, community features and other functionality made available on the service. You must not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, bypass access controls, or use it to infringe the rights of others.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for providing accurate account information. Google and Facebook may be offered as optional sign-in methods for the same local TVGuideUK account; connecting a social provider does not create a separate Community identity.

We may restrict or disable accounts used for abuse, fraud, harassment, spam, attempts to compromise the service, or other serious misuse.

Community content

If you post comments, ratings, threads or replies, you remain responsible for what you submit. Do not post unlawful material, private information you do not have permission to share, abusive content, spam or material that infringes another person's rights.

TVGuideUK may moderate, hide or remove Community content where reasonably needed to operate the service or enforce these rules. Members can report Community content or members for review and can block another member to stop their Community content and interactions appearing to each other. Abuse of reporting or blocking tools may itself be treated as misuse of the service.

TV listings and third-party services

Listings, programme information, channel information, artwork, availability links and third-party service information may come from external data sources and can change. TVGuideUK aims to keep information useful and current but cannot guarantee that every listing, description, image, channel number or third-party availability detail is error-free or continuously available.

Links to broadcasters, streaming services, payment providers and other third parties lead to services controlled by those providers and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Plus membership

Where paid Plus subscriptions are enabled, pricing and billing terms are shown before checkout. Payments are handled by the displayed payment provider. Subscription management and cancellation options are made available through TVGuideUK/account billing tools where supported.

Promotional or complimentary Plus access may have different duration or eligibility and may end when the stated promotion expires.

Availability and changes

TVGuideUK is an evolving service. Features may be added, changed, suspended or removed as the service develops, including where needed for security, technical reliability, legal compliance or third-party service changes. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption.

Rights and responsibility

TVGuideUK's own site design, code, branding and original material are protected by applicable rights. Third-party programme artwork, logos, metadata and other material remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
